How long do you take to repair my ipod?
Most repairs are done within 48 hours of your ipod arriving
How should I send my ipod to be repaired?
The first step is to fill out the form on the "fix my ipod" page, then package your ipod carefully in bubblewrap and inside a jiffy bag, then it post via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (£2.25) or Royal Mail Special Delivery, includes cover up to £500 (£6.25) to:

Does it void my apple warranty?
Apple state any repairs not done by themselves void your warranty
Do you use non-apple parts?
No, we only use 100% genuine apple parts.
What warranty do I get?
We offer 3 months warranty on all parts and repairs
Do we fix the early 1st and 2nd Generation models?
Due to a lack of parts now available for these early models we no longer offer any repairs on 1st and 2nd Generation iPods.
How much will I get charged, if, after you have tested and quoted for repair, I decide not to go ahead?
We only charge £15 this is to cover an engineers time diagnosing the fault and return postage and packaging
How can I pay for my repairs?
Paypal (credit or debit cards) or online bank transfers
Will I lose my songs saved on my ipod?
If you are having the hard drive replaced you will obviously lose any data on the old drive with all other repairs it is very rare to lose data but we can't be held responsible if it does get wiped so please always make sure your iPod is backed up before you send it in.
Will I get my actual iPod back or another refurbished one?
We work on your own iPod and return it to you
